Shawil Tech provides custom web development services. Scope and costs will be agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Intellectual Property

All code and content remain Shawil Tech’s property until full payment is received. Once paid, ownership transfers to the client.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Initial deposit required before project start.
• Balance due at completion or as per agreement.
• No guaranteed refunds after work begins, but we aim to ensure client satisfaction.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including loss of data or revenue.

5. Changes to Terms

These Terms may change over time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
